This recently designed commercial building for Brookfield Residential  has been programmed to provide mixed-use amenities for this expanding community.   The building will include retail, bar & grill, fitness and bathhouse facilities for the HOA and community members.   Located in Swan Point,  MD, it’s oriented to Potomac & Chesapeake views.  The Bathhouse facilities will also support the communities beach area just 300 feet from the Pool and Bar facilities.
