CCR was the architect of record for the The Source restaurant renovation owned by Wolfgang Catering, Inc.The Source brand is located on Pennsylvania Ave., Washington D.C. adjacent to the Newseum and just north of the National Gallery of Art.

Both kitchens, lounge and the main dining room were renovated and include several new dining features.   The dining room now has a ‘hot-pot-table’ seating area to serve 20 hr., aromatic broths inspired by Sichuan regional cooking.   The specialized, first floor kitchen is now set to serve wok-fired dishes directly to the lounge complimented by a new drink menu.

CCR was tasked to lead our team in a fast-track, design through construction service.  The actual construction was well choreographed and smooth, taking approximately 1 month.
